Understanding Your Grief Support Group will begin its next 11-week series on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, 7:00-8:30 pm at 111 West Washington Street, and will continue on Tuesdays through March 25, 2025.    

 

“Understanding Your Grief” is based on Dr. Wolfelt’s Ten Touchstones - basic principles to learn and actions to take to help you engage with your grief and create momentum toward healing. If you're grieving a death recently or longer ago, this bestseller book and support group will help guide you as you journey through the wilderness of your unique grief. 

 

No need to pre-register; there is no cost.  Sessions are open to the public; attendance at every session is not required.  You can join at any time.  If this is of interest to you, join us as you can.
